The potentials that emerge from the process of digitisation of physical objects are exposed and curated for the visitor, making explicit the wealth of social, political and artistic knowledge that can be uncovered by firstly exploding and then analysing the data that is held within a ensemble of cartographic maps. A set of carefully established steps that allow for a maximal and highly varied extraction of information is directly translated into the linear plan of the building and accompanying exhibition spaces reveal the uncovered information and outcome of subsequent analysis by resident curators. By displaying the physical manifestations of the extracted data, the abstract digital gains in tangibility over the course of the Exposition.
